You have "Accounting and Book keeping" under your "Data Entry" services listing and also, you have a separately listed service of "Book keeping, Accounting and Financial services" - is there any difference in the two? If yes, what?
Yes, under the head "Data Entry" we mean to say simple data entry related to accounting and book keeping field e.g. Entry of name, account#, amount etc. from checks into spreadsheet. Such entry can normally be done by a general data entry operator and does not require in-depth knowledge of the principle of Accounting and Book keeping. Under the head "Book keeping, Accounting and Financial services" we mean technical work using software like peach tree, quick books etc. Such work requires in-depth knowledge of the principles of Book Keeping and Accountancy and is done by experienced persons of the same field.

We have also been doing bookkeeping for our US clients. We use software like Peach tree and QuickBooks. The entire data entered can be transferred to you using FTP server through Internet.
